Two care pathways in one place

ELNA Private Care consultations are paid services outside RAMQ. The public specialist clinic operates separately: its care is covered by RAMQ for eligible patients, requires a medical referral and depends on availability. ELNA membership does not guarantee GMF registration, priority access or a specific wait time to see a specialist.

Coverage depends on the service and your plan. We provide receipts for eligible services and offer direct claims with participating insurers: you then pay only the portion not covered.

Medical expenses and tax

Some expenses may qualify for a Québec medical expense tax credit. Eligibility depends on the expense and your circumstances; keep your receipts and check applicable rules.
