Services and inclusions
- One health assessment
- Two 10-minute nursing follow-ups
- Two 20-minute physician follow-ups to adjust your hormone therapy, if applicable
- Annual membership, administration fees and coordination of specialist follow-up when needed
- One set of laboratory analyses; additional testing billed separately
You can give one of your follow-up visits to a person of your choice aged 14 or older who lives in Québec. The visit is for a consultation about a single health concern; it cannot be used for a comprehensive health assessment.
Your doctor recommends bloodwork based on your specific needs. Each package includes one set of laboratory analyses. Additional testing is billed separately.
