Our team follows up on results and contacts you as promptly as possible when a result is abnormal. It helps coordinate specialist consultations and the next steps in your care when needed.
Private care welcomes patients from age 14; laboratory services, from age 3. Tourists and international students can also access services, subject to each service’s criteria.

Access private primary care for an assessment, a health concern, or follow-up. Whether or not you have a family doctor, our team helps you choose the appropriate service.

Get a referral when needed
When specialist care is indicated, your doctor can refer you to the on-site public specialist clinic. For ELNA Private Care members, our team helps you book appointments and coordinates follow-up.

Consultations, tests at the CDL collection centre and follow-up on results: our team helps you with next steps based on your clinical needs.

ELNA Private Care consultations are paid services outside RAMQ. The public specialist clinic operates separately: its care is covered by RAMQ for eligible patients, requires a medical referral and depends on availability. ELNA membership does not guarantee GMF registration, priority access or a specific wait time to see a specialist.
