ELNA Private Care consultations are paid services outside RAMQ. The public specialist clinic operates separately: its care is covered by RAMQ for eligible patients, requires a medical referral and depends on availability. ELNA membership does not guarantee GMF registration, priority access or a specific wait time to see a specialist.

Your doctor recommends bloodwork based on your specific needs. Each package includes one set of laboratory analyses. Additional testing is billed separately. Each package is intended for one individual and is valid for one year. If you have a valid package, your spouse or an immediate family member aged 14 or older receives 10% off the purchase of their own package.

Prepare my visitCan I consult without a family doctor?
Yes. ELNA Private Care offers private primary care consultations, assessments and follow-up from age 14, subject to availability and service criteria. Our team explains fees and membership before your visit. Seeing us does not register you with a family doctor in the public system.
How do you help me access a specialist?
When specialist care is indicated, your doctor can refer you to the on-site public specialist clinic. For ELNA Private Care members, our team helps you book appointments and coordinates follow-up. Appointments depend on medical indication and clinic availability; no timeframe or priority is guaranteed.
Who can receive care?
Private care welcomes patients aged 14 and over; laboratory services welcome patients from age 3. Tourists and international students are also welcome. Some services have specific criteria; check with our team.
Are services covered by RAMQ?
ELNA Private Care consultations are paid services outside RAMQ. The public specialist clinic operates separately: its care is covered by RAMQ for eligible patients, requires a medical referral and depends on availability.
