In partnership with CDL Laboratories, a full range of health services under collective prescription. Nurse consultation, testing and a prescription if needed: everything is included in each service.
HOW IT WORKS
No doctor’s visit.
No detours.
A collective prescription allows a registered nurse to assess your situation, perform the tests and, if the results warrant it, give you the prescription for your treatment. For these specific needs, you do not need to see a doctor.

A confidential 20-minute consultation with a registered nurse, and sample collection on site. No requisition or doctor’s appointment.
Get your results
Results are available within 1 business day. If your results warrant it, the nurse gives you the prescription for your medication.

Included in Alliance Santé and Alliance Signature. One collective-prescription test per year at any CDL location, up to a value of $150. If the service you choose costs more, you pay the difference. Our team explains how to use it.
