Doctors to assess your health, a team to support you, and specialists on site when your care calls for it. At the Complexe médical ELNA Centre-Ville, your private primary care is in the same place as several other services.
Access private primary care for an assessment, a health concern, or follow-up. Whether or not you have a family doctor, our team helps you choose the appropriate service.
When specialist care is indicated, your doctor can refer you to the on-site public specialist clinic. For ELNA Private Care members, our team helps you book appointments and coordinates follow-up.
Consultations, tests at the CDL collection centre and follow-up on results: our team helps you with next steps based on your clinical needs.
ELNA Private Care consultations are paid services outside RAMQ. The public specialist clinic operates separately: its care is covered by RAMQ for eligible patients, requires a medical referral and depends on availability. ELNA membership does not guarantee GMF registration, priority access or a specific wait time to see a specialist.
Alliance Santé and Alliance Signature bring assessment, required tests and follow-up together in one care pathway.

* Unlimited visits cover medically necessary appointments for the member themselves, subject to availability. The clinician determines how often follow-ups are needed.
† One collective-prescription test per year at any CDL location, up to a value of $150. If the service you choose costs more, you pay the difference. See collective-prescription services
Your doctor recommends bloodwork based on your specific needs. Each package includes one set of laboratory analyses. Additional testing is billed separately. Each package is intended for one individual and is valid for one year.
Both packages include coordination of specialist follow-up when needed. Receipts are provided for eligible services.
FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY
If you have a valid package, your spouse or an immediate family member aged 14 or older receives 10% off the purchase of their own package.
You can give one of your follow-up visits to a person of your choice aged 14 or older who lives in Québec. The visit is for a consultation about a single health concern; it cannot be used for a comprehensive health assessment.
