Attention or organization difficulties can have several explanations. Our team guides you through an assessment to discuss appropriate next steps.
Services and inclusions
- Two physician consultations, before and after assessment
- One nursing consultation
- One ECG, if necessary
- Annual membership and administration fees
- Coordination of specialist follow-up when needed
- One set of laboratory analyses; additional testing billed separately
Each package is intended for one individual and is valid for one year. If you have a valid package, your spouse or an immediate family member aged 14 or older receives 10% off the purchase of their own package.
You can give one of your follow-up visits to a person of your choice aged 14 or older who lives in Québec. The visit is for a consultation about a single health concern; it cannot be used for a comprehensive health assessment.
Your doctor recommends bloodwork based on your specific needs. Each package includes one set of laboratory analyses. Additional testing is billed separately.
Before your visit
Ask about age criteria, assessment methods, the report provided and subsequent follow-up. No diagnosis, prescription or workplace accommodation is guaranteed.
