Doctors to assess your health, a team to support you, and specialists on site when your care calls for it. At the Complexe médical ELNA Centre-Ville, your private primary care is in the same place as several other services.

    See a doctor

    Access private primary care for an assessment, a health concern, or follow-up. Whether or not you have a family doctor, our team helps you choose the appropriate service.

    Get a referral when needed

    When specialist care is indicated, your doctor can refer you to the on-site public specialist clinic. For ELNA Private Care members, our team helps you book appointments and coordinates follow-up.

    Keep your care connected

    Consultations, tests at the CDL collection centre and follow-up on results: our team helps you with next steps based on your clinical needs.

ELNA Private Care consultations are paid services outside RAMQ. The public specialist clinic operates separately: its care is covered by RAMQ for eligible patients, requires a medical referral and depends on availability. ELNA membership does not guarantee GMF registration, priority access or a specific wait time to see a specialist.

Your doctor assesses your situation and discusses next steps with you. At the Complexe médical ELNA Centre-Ville, private consultations, CDL sample collection and the public specialist clinic are in the same location.

Services and inclusions

  • Minor urgent concern or follow-up · 20 min · $175 member / $235 non-member
  • Complex follow-up · 30 min · $225 member / $285 non-member
  • Health assessment and care plan · 45 min · $285 member / $345 non-member
The individual $129 annual membership is optional. It gives you the member price on à la carte medical services (health assessments, medical consultations and minor urgent-care visits): $60 less per visit. It does not apply to CDL laboratory testing. It is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you choose a package, the price includes the annual membership.

Before your visit

For minor urgent concerns, an appointment can generally be offered within 24 hours, or the same day for requests received before noon. Our team will confirm availability.
